Grosvenor Park I Condominium, built in 1964, was the first high rise apartment complex to be built on a 55-acre tract just west of the Grosvenor Metro Station and Strathmore Hall of Arts. It has since been joined by four other high rises, 186 town homes and 214 garden apartments.
