The CLASSIFIEDS section of this web site is an electronic version of the LAUNDRY ROOM bulletin board.  Any ad that can be posted on the bulletin board (fits on a half letter size sheet) can be posted here.  Items posted in the Laundry room are not automatically posted here and vice versa.  If you want your ad to appear in both places, you must do so yourself.

 Items are posted for 30 days and then dissapper automatically. 

Use the Submission: Classified Ad form found in the CLASSIFIEDS drop-down menu or in the ONLINE SERVICES tab. 

Each ad is assigned a unique 8-digit number.  If you need to remove or alter an ad before it expires, you can use the Submission: Classified Ad Revision form.

This site is operated by association volunteers.  Please allow 8 to 12 hours for your ad to appear on the site.

Remember to select a classification and to indicate PUBLIC or PRIVATE to GPI.   Private ads will be seen only by residents who have signed in.  PUBLIC ads are available to anyone on the web.  Caution should be used in putting email addresses in Public ads.  "Web crawlers" can extract your email address and you may get a lot of junk mail.
