In the fall of 2006, Grosvenor Park I engaged AssociationVoice to host a community web site. The goal of this web site is to increase accessibility to vital information for our residents and co-owners. The service has been designed to be easy-to-use and  easy-to-update.  In a multi-family dwelling of nearly 400 households, something is always happening that affects our residents.  Cost-effective and timely communication of information is critical to the management and volunteer leadership of our association.  We encourage you to explore!

Register Now:

Access to most parts of the site requires Secure Sign In.  When visiting for the first time, Sign Up using your name and the property address -including unit number.

Site Navigation Tips:

After signing in, a user is directed to the Member Home Page.  This page provides quick links to the most recent news, coming events, discussion posts, photos and documents.  Special icons are used to indicate which items have not been viewed by the user.  At any time, you can return to the Member Home Page by clicking the WELCOME HOME tab in the main menu.

Menu options are categorized under seven tabs in the Main Menu just below the masthead:
WELCOME HOME • SITE MAP • RESOURCE CENTER • ONLINE SERVICES • STAY CONNECTED • PHOTO GALLERY • CLASSIFIEDS.

The second tab, SITE MAP, in the Main Menu will bring up a page that has all menu options displayed for quick navigation.

Use the Search Assistant to quickly find exactly what you are looking for.  Enter a keyword or phrase (in the upper right hand corner of the screen) and the Search Assistant will list all items (news, events, discussion, documents) that contain that keyword or phrase.

Don't miss these features:

Notices: The Blue Bar above the Main Menu will display important announcements on a cyclical basis.  No need to run out to the elevator or down to the mail room to read the notices. Information will remain here as long as it is relavant and may have a clickable link to more detailed information.

Resource Center: The Resource Center offers a secure, organized, electronic reading room where documents such as rules & regulations, bylaws,  board and committee meeting minutes, financial statements, and more are archived. Our association information is in one place, online and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Use the Search Assistant or expand (+) the table of contents  to find what you need.

Online Services: Our site has online forms capabilities. In the future, it may be possible to fill out Service Requests, Unit Renovation Applications, check your account balance, make facility reservations, and much more - a virtual "front desk."

Messenger Service: This service allows management and volunteer leaders to use email to distribute important information like association business news, urgent notices, and friendly reminders about upcoming events. In the future it may be possible to save the association money by using "paperless" notification to co-owners and residents who indicate an "email only" contact preference.  Remember to set your preferences using "My Profile" (upper right or on your Member Home Page).  Please mark AssociationVoice.com as as "Safe Sender" in your email program.

News & Events: You will find menu options for the Top Stories and GPI This Week Community Calendar, as well as the Community Manager's Report and Management Contacts under the STAY CONNECTED tab.

Discussion Groups: You can share your thoughts about common issues with your fellow co-owners and residents.  You'll find the Open Forum menu option under the STAY CONNECTED tab.

Useful Links & FAQs: You can find related links and answers to frequently asked questions in the menu options under the RESOURCE CENTER tab in the main menu or on the site map page.
