The Grosvenor Park I Board of Directors consists of five members.  They are elected by the Council of Co-owners for a three-year term.  The terms are staggered such that in two of every three years, two seats are up for election.  In the third year, only one seat is elected.

Following the election by the Council at the Annual Meeting in November, the newly seated Board has an organizational meeting to elect officers.  The Board Members, their offices and term expirations are listed below:

In addition, there are two positions appointed by the BoD: Maintenance Trust Association (MTA) Trustee and the Cable TV Committee Representative. The MTA is an organization with membership from all seven Grosvenor Park entities and its charter is to maintain the peripheral road and the pond/stream. The Cable TV Committee has representatives from GPI, GPII, GPIII and GPIV and makes decisions by majority vote pertaining to the cable television and internet service provider.
